Product Description:
The EP3C25U256I7N is a power management IC featuring five
integrated buck regulators and two adjustable linear regulators.
The device offers five step-down buck converters with up to 2A load
current, two adjustable linear regulators with up to 1A load
current, and one low-dropout regulator (LDO). It has an integrated
power-on reset circuit, three-level over-current protection, and a
thermal protection circuit. It also features an adjustable output
voltage range of 0.8V to 3.2V for buck regulators and 0.8V to 5.5V
for linear regulators.
