MIC39100-3.3WS-TR: 3.3V Low-Dropout (LDO) Positive Regulator
The MIC39100-3.3WS-TR is a low-dropout (LDO) positive regulator
which provides a regulated 3.3V output voltage with a maximum of
400mA of output current. The MIC39100-3.3WS-TR features a very low
dropout voltage, low quiescent current, and low output noise. The
device is designed to operate from a wide input voltage range of
4.5V to 18V. It is available in a space saving SOT-23-6 package.
