MAX17502EATB+T, Power Management IC
The MAX17502EATB+T from Maxim Integrated is a Power Management IC.
It is a high performance, low quiescent current, low noise, and
high PSRR linear regulator with integrated power FET for
space-constrained applications. This device operates from a 4.5V to
16V input voltage range and supports up to 500mA output current. It
features a 0.8V fixed output voltage, an enable pin with active low
logic, and 300mV reference voltage. The device also features
thermal shutdown, output over-current protection, under-voltage
lockout, and input over-voltage protection. The device is available
in a 6-pin SOT-23 package and is ideal for applications such as
cell phones, PDAs, and portable electronics.
