Product Description:
The MAX6412UK22+T is a power management ICs designed for use in
high temperature, automotive, and industrial applications. It
features a low quiescent current, low voltage drop, and low output
noise. It also includes protection features such as reverse
polarity protection, over-temperature protection, and over-voltage
protection. Additionally, it features an integrated charge pump to
provide up to 3A output current and up to 8V output voltage.
