The SI8662BD-B-ISR is an isolated power IC from Silicon
Laboratories that provides ±15 kV ESD protection and is designed to
deliver reliable and efficient power in a wide range of
applications. This device is capable of operating from a wide range
of input voltages and offers a low RDS(on) and low quiescent
current. This IC also features an integrated fault timer,
adjustable soft-start, and low-profile package options.
