The ACPL-M61T-500E is a Power Isolator IC designed for high-speed
and reliable isolation of power in a wide range of applications. It
features an ultra-thin package profile, low power consumption, and
an integrated gate driver. The ACPL-M61T-500E has a maximum working
voltage of 500V and a maximum operating frequency up to 100kHz. It
also features a high-speed isolation response time of 5ns, an
isolation capability of 500VRMS, and an on-state resistance of 0.3
ohms. Additionally, the ACPL-M61T-500E is RoHS compliant and UL
approved.
