The TLP290(GB-TP,E) is a power isolator IC designed to provide
galvanic isolation and voltage clamping protection in AC/DC power
supplies. It features a high-speed switching time of 0.3μs, a wide
input voltage range of 4V to 40V, and a high insulation voltage of
6.2kVrms. The device is a single-channel power isolator IC with an
integrated MOSFET driver and is available in an industry-standard
DIP-8 package.
