The HCPL-2631-500E is a single channel, high-speed, power isolator
IC from Avago Technologies. It is designed for applications
requiring a high level of isolation between input and output, such
as data communication systems, industrial and medical equipment,
and power supplies. The isolator features an integrated transformer
with a 500Vrms isolation barrier and a maximum data rate of up to
1.5Mbps.
