Description:
The TLP117(TPR,F) is a high-voltage power isolator IC that provides
isolation between two circuits by using an optically coupled
section. It features a large isolation voltage of 5000 Vrms, wide
operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C, and low input
current of 1 mA. It also has a high-speed switching performance of
1 μs, making it ideal for protection and isolation applications.
The TLP117(TPR,F) is available in a compact SOP4 package for easy
mounting and handling.
