Product Description:
The ADR391AUJZ-REEL7 is a low dropout (LDO) voltage regulator that
provides up to 150mA of output current with a low operating current
of 1 μA. It features a low dropout voltage of 180mV, a wide input
voltage range of 3V to 5.5V and an adjustable output voltage range
of 1.5V to 5V. The device also features an enable pin and is
capable of providing a stable output voltage over a wide range of
temperatures. The ADR391AUJZ-REEL7 is available in a 8-pin SOIC
package.
