The IRFU430APBF is an advanced N-Channel MOSFET that offers
superior performance and power efficiency. This MOSFET features an
excellent on-resistance of 1.5 Ohms and a maximum drain current of
16A. It also features a low input capacitance of 28pF and a reverse
transfer capacitance of 4.5pF. The product also offers a low gate
charge of 11nC and a low gate-source threshold voltage of 2.2V.
