Product Description:
The AOD516 is a high voltage, low on-resistance, N-channel MOSFET
designed for use in high frequency switching applications. This
MOSFET is fabricated using the advanced high cell density DMOS
technology and optimized for low gate charge, low on-resistance,
and fast switching performance. The AOD516 is well suited for a
wide range of applications including synchronous buck converters,
solar power inverters, power supplies, and motor control.

• Low On-Resistance: RDS(on) = 2.3mΩ @ VGS = 10V
• Low Gate Charge: Qg = 16nC
• Fast Switching: tON = 17ns
• Low Input Capacitance: Ciss = 56pF
