The NTK3043NT1G is a P-channel MOSFET in a SOT-723 package. It is designed for switching applications requiring low on-resistance, low gate charge and fast switching. The device has an RDS(ON) of 1.1Ω and a gate charge of 6.6nC. It is suitable for load switching, DC-DC converters, OR-ing applications and other high-speed switching circuits. The device has a very low gate threshold voltage of -1.2V and a maximum drain-source voltage of -20V. The MOSFET is RoHS compliant and halogen free.
