FCPF400N80Z is an N-channel MOSFET Power Electronics device which
is designed for use in high power switching applications. It is
packaged in an industry standard TO-220-3 package, allowing for
easy integration into any circuit. The FCPF400N80Z has a maximum
drain-source voltage of 800V, a maximum drain current of 400A, and
a maximum drain-source on-state resistance of 3.2mΩ. It is designed
to operate at a maximum junction temperature of 150°C and has a
maximum gate charge of 575nC. The FCPF400N80Z offers excellent
switching performance, with fast switching speed, low
on-resistance, and high efficiency. It is ideal for use in
applications such as motor control, power switching, and power
conversion.
