The SST25VF010A-33-4I-SAE-T is a 1Mb Serial Flash Memory chip from SST. It is a low-voltage, single-supply Flash memory which operates with a voltage of 1.65V to 3.6V. It has a maximum frequency of 33MHz and a clock cycle time of 30ns. It is available in 8-pin SOIC and 8-pin TSSOP packages. This Flash Memory chip supports both Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI) and Microwire interfaces.
