Description:
The ADS1114IDGST is a low power, 16-bit, low-noise,
analog-to-digital converter (ADC) with an integrated voltage
reference. It operates from a single supply, 2.7V to 5.5V, and can
handle input signals up to the supply voltage. The ADS1114IDGST has
a programmable data rate up to 860 samples per second (SPS) and an
internal reference voltage of 2.048V. The ADS1114IDGST also
features a built-in low-drift amplifier with a gain of 2, making it
ideal for low voltage signal conditioning.
