ADS1118IRUGR 16-Bit Low-Power Analog-to-Digital Converter
The ADS1118IRUGR is a low-power, 16-bit, analog-to-digital
converter (ADC) with integrated temperature sensor. It features a
programmable gain amplifier (PGA) with a gain range of up to ±128,
a programmable data rate of up to 860 SPS, and a low-power
consumption of 1.8 mA in the single-channel continuous conversion
mode. The ADS1118IRUGR features a low-noise chopper-stabilized
amplifier, a high-impedance input buffer, and a high-precision
delta-sigma ADC.
