Physical Layer (PHY) transceiver designed for 10/100Mbps
applications. This device features a high-performance, low-power
processor and a low-power, low-latency, low-jitter, high-precision
clock synthesizer. It is designed to be used in a variety of
network applications including Ethernet over Coax (EoC), Ethernet
over IP (EoIP), and Ethernet over xDSL applications.
