Description:
The ATMEGA16U2-AU is a microcontroller unit (MCU) designed and
manufactured by Atmel Corporation. It is an 8-bit AVR MCU with 16KB
of Flash, 2KB of SRAM, and 1024 bytes of EEPROM. It features four
16-bit timers and two 8-bit timers, two USARTs, and two 8-channel
10-bit ADCs. The ATMEGA16U2-AU also includes an integrated USB 2.0
full-speed interface and is fully compatible with Atmel's AVR
instruction set.
