It is built with a 28nm low-power optimized process and features up to 100K logic cells and up to 4,600 Kbits of embedded memory. This FPGA also provides up to 8 transceivers, up to 280 I/Os, and up to 8 GTH/GTX/GTY SERDES transceivers.
