AD8630ARUZ-REEL High Performance Operational Amplifier
Product Description:
The AD8630ARUZ-REEL is a high performance, low power, single
supply, rail-to-rail output, CMOS operational amplifier. It is
designed to operate from a single 3 V to 5 V supply and is
optimized for low voltage and low power applications. The
AD8630ARUZ-REEL features a rail-to-rail output with an output
voltage swing extending to within 10 mV of either supply rail. The
rail-to-rail output operates from a supply voltage as low as 3 V.
The device also features a low input offset voltage of 400 μV and
an extremely low supply current of 4.4 μA/amplifier. The
AD8630ARUZ-REEL is available in a space saving 8-pin SOIC package
and is specified over the extended industrial temperature range of
–40°C to +85°C.
