The STM8L152M8T6 is a low-power 8-bit microcontroller based on the STM8L15x family. It features an enhanced core with Harvard architecture and a large 8 Kbytes of Flash program memory, 1 Kbyte of EEPROM data memory, and 128 bytes of true data EEPROM. The STM8L152M8T6 also includes 16 Kbytes of RAM, a wide range of peripherals and I/Os, and an integrated DMA controller.
